FIA (International Automobile Federation) today confirmed that India will host 18th Grand Prix of the 20 raced to be held next year. The Indian F1 Grand Prix is schedules on 30th October 2011. Before the Grand Prix, the FIA will require the homologation to be completed without which the Grand Prix can not be held at the location.
2011 Season will start on March 12 with first race in Bahrain and end on November 27 with last race in Brazil. After 18th Race in India, the second last race will be held in Abu Dhabi on November 13.

- 10 April: Malaysian
- 17 April: Chinese
- 08 May: Turkish
- 22 May: Spanish
- 29 May: Monaco
- 12 June: Canadian
- 26 June: European
- 10 July: British
- 24 July: German
- 31 July: Hungarian
- 28 August: Belgian
- 11 September: Italian
- 25 September: Singapore
- 09 October: Japanese
- 16 October: Korean
- 30 October: Indian
- 13 November: Abu Dhabi
- 27 November: Brazilian
Homologation for India is pending only after which this event will be allowed on Indian tracks. Keep your fingers crossed and get ready for some speedy vroom.
