Harley Davidson Street 750 Recalled In India

Harley Davidson Street range of models recalled

It has emerged that Harley-Davidson Motor Company has just issued a recall for its Street 750 entry-level model. The latest recall covers models that were manufactured between January 20, 2014 and June 24, 2015 in the U.S. and from February 24, 2014 to July 15, 2015 in India. This recall will see the replacement of a faulty fuel pump module. The fuel pumps of the affected bike feature a sub-standard seal at the fuel inlet, which has high chances of failure and hence, could cause inappropriate fuel supply to the engine. Harley Davidson has said that it will fix this issue free of charge for all the bikes that are being covered in this recall drive. This recall also affects the Street 500 models manufactured in the aforementioned period.
