Ever Since Maruti Suzuki entered the automobile industry, the ongoing strike at the Manesar plant is one of the toughest phase the company has come across. The strike does not seem to come to a halt and the unrest is badly affecting the company’s daily production targets.
Because of this ongoing disturbance Maruti is hiring new labor but inspite of all these efforts it is still able to roll our 2011 Maruti Swift hatchback only and cannot concentrate on other products like the A-Star and Maruti SX4.

The strike has given a strong jolt to the company but interestingly it still continues to work on the Dzire. In fact the car’s trial run has already begun and for the development of the same the company has invested Rs. 500 crore. Besides the Indian market the company is planning to launch the car in other global markets like Europe and Latin America.
Even we are awaiting the first glimpse of this car as it would a fuel efficient and cheaper(near Rs.4 – 4.5 Lakh) sedan than the current Dzire.
