Porsche has always been a benchmark setter when it comes to SUVs as well as sports cars such as Porsche Cayenne, Porsche 911, Porsche 911 GT2 etc. and a year back when it introduced its first ever luxury sedan, Porsche Panamera the bars were raised to a higher level. Now after almost a year of development the company is ready with yet another variant of the Panamera.
Known as Porsche Panamera Turbo S, the car is a new addition to the Gran Turismo series and along with impressive driving dynamics and comfort, it offers a unique combination of efficiency and performance. The car is almost ten percent more powerful than the Panamera Turbo and being the new top of the range model it was very much expected.
The looks explain the ultimate incorporation of power & beauty with world class luxury & safety features. The new enhancements include Improved turbochargers with titanium-aluminum turbine wheels and modified engine control management which despite being the most advanced ones, render the car with the same fuel consumption of 11 KMPL that the existing model does.
The model is yet to be showcased at the upcoming 2011 New York and Shanghai Motor Show but some of its technical specifications have already been revealed.
