Yes, there is a connection between the KTM Duke and Bajaj Pulsar and it is official. Bajaj is working with KTM in India for the Development and marketing of the KTM bikes. The recently launched Naked sports bike KTM Duke 200 followed by the Bajaj Pulsar 200 Naked Sports Bike was no mere coincidence. To achieve economies of scale, there two bikes do share a lot of technology and design elements as well. During the official unveiling of the Pulsar 200 NS in Mumbai India, Rajiv Bajaj revealed that there will be a Bajaj Pulsar 350 which will be launched in 2013. Incidentally, KTM Duke 350 is also schedules for year 2013. Bajaj Pulsar 200 Fully Fared Bike To Debut Soon–Will It Threaten Yamaha R15 and Honda CBR 150R?

During the official unveiling of the 2012 Bajaj Pulsar 200 at Mumbai on 30th January 2012 in India(click here for details), Bajaj’s top Boss, Rajiv Bajaj revealed that Bajaj Pulsar 200 fully fared version is under development and may debut in coming months. With a fully fared version of Pulsar 200, it will be a very lucrative value proposition for bike buyers and will attract them towards the Pulsar pulling them away from the Yamaha R15 and Honda CBR150R. The reason for the same is that the Pulsar 200 NS is likely to be priced under Rs. 1 Lakh price tag, so the fully fared version should be priced under Rs. 1.15 Lakhs. As per information available through the results, Rajiv Bajaj has stated a number of times that come between during the last ten days of January the company will introduce two new and important products. Day before yesterday we covered a news regarding the launch of KTM Duke 200 scheduled for 24th January which counts one out of the two important launches. These pictures have been taken on Nigdi-Nashik Phata highway near Bajaj factory in Pune. From the spy pictures, some apparent changes are revealed immediately. Lets point out these changes and see what has changes in the new Bajaj Pulsar 2012 and what is same. image – New Bajaj Pulsar Spy Pictures The front suspensions thick tubes of hydraulic suspensions, which seems like an upgrade to better quality of front suspensions. The Disk brake at front has large diameter and a two pot caliper which seems to be same as existing ones. The front mudguard seems to have changes and now has a dual tone design. There is a silver coloured panel as the sides of the mudguard running parallel to the front suspensions. The shape of the front headlamp looks similar to the Pulsar 135 with very small visor. The company says that during December they will reveal the bike but the bike will hit the showrooms by January 2012 only. Another statement as per Bajaj says that the new Pulsar will feature some new ground breaking technologies not currently available with any of the ongoing bikes worldwide. This is quite remarkable as we will witness some unseen technologies soon and I hope it does have some substance to it. In fact it is soon going to launch the KTM Duke 200 but has not made any announcement concerned with the launch of 2012 Pulsar. Maybe they are planning something big and want to keep it top secret or they are not willing to launch the Pulsars soon. We know nothing about the same but a set of images from one of Malyali websites has surfaced the internet which feature some close-up shots of a Pulsar 220 in a new avatar. Bajaj Pulsar 220 Gets Dual Tone Colour Paint & Graphics

Bajaj has launched Bajaj Pulsar 220 with cosmetic changes without any mechanical upgrades. This is a small graphic upgrade which gives some added sporty appeal to the already sporty Bajaj Pulsar 220 series . The new body graphics add a black red and black blue tinge to the Pulsar with the solid colour paint at the tank and around the headlamps and visor and font half of the front mud-guard. The rear half of the front mud-guard, side flaps under the seat and the rear graphic job has been painted in black tone. This colour tone is more appealing in cosmetic terms and makes the pulsar look all the more attractive. The upgrades of Pulsar are pending in August or September, with some more changes expected in the lineup of Bajaj Pulsar. A New 250 CC model of Baja Pulsar is also expected at that time. Bajaj Pulsar 250CC Sports Bike Launch In India In September 2011

Bajaj has delivered a lot to the Indian two wheeler market with super amazing products from the Bajaj Pulsar line-up and with the next bike launch scheduled for September the company is going to move one step further. So far nothing has been revealed by the company and speculation derived hint of a new pulsar with a new upgraded engine. The 150CC and 180CC pulsars have already been refreshed a couple of times and even the most loved Bajaj Pulsar 220 has been iterated, so a bunch of expectations are there. Experts say that a new Pulsar with a 200CC engine derived from KTM could make its way in September or an all new Bajaj Pulsar 250 might just leave the stable to astonish bikes like Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Honda CBR250R etc..
