Last week while on a normal commute on Gurgaon NH8, I caught the glimpse of Chevrolet Enjoy on the highway. At first, it appeared to be a test car, but on observing it from the right hand side, we could figure out that it was probably a Television Commercial shoot going on in the car as there were some rigs outside the car and camera mounted with temporary frames attached and shade above the camera to shoot the insides while the car was in motion. Chevrolet is all set to enter the lucrative MPV segment in India and the company has already put up the website of its offering, Chevrolet Enjoy. Chevrolet Enjoy will be the company’s second offering in the MPV segment after the Chevrolet Tavera. Chevrolet Tavera has been known for the robust people carrier it is and the Chevrolet Enjoy will be a more premium offering that will be aimed at the urban buyers instead of cab operators.

Yesterday we had reported that Chevrolet (General Motors) is planning to launch their all new vehicle, Chevrolet Sail hatchback in July 2012. The car will be called as Sail U-VA and will be offered with an all new 1.3 litre diesel engine.
