Toyota India Recalls 8,700 Corolla Altis and Camry Cars In India For Power Windows Switch Problem

Toyota India has voluntarily recalled 8,700 cars in India for potential problem of failure of Power Window switches in their Toyota Corolla Altis cars manufactured between 30th July 2008 to 31 December 2008 and Toyota Camry cars manufactured between 1 September 2006 and 31st July 2008. The step to recall this car is voluntary on Toyota India behalf to save its customers from potential problem which may arise in their cars. Toyota India has launched a limited edition Toyota Corolla Altis Aero Edition to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Corolla in India. The special Corolla Altis Aero Limited edition comes with a host of cosmetic upgrades and features and is available in two colours – Silver Mica Metallic and Black Mica. The new Aero edition is inspired by aerodynamics and looking at the graphics of the promotion, it seems to be inspired by Airplane.
