Volkswagen Polo and Vento Get New Features and Higher Price Tag

The number 3 car maker in the world, Volkswagen has stated that it has raised the prices of their Vento and Polo by 2.27 percent in India which come into effect immediately. It is also offering discounts worth up to Rs.38,000 for the Polo and Rs.51,000 for the Vento and the price increase can be offset from the discounts but we think those offers are applicable on 2012 models. Volkswagen India has launched 2012 new models of two if its most popular cars in India, the 2012 Volkswagen Polo and 2012 Volkswagen Vento with added features and cosmetic uplifts. The Volkswagen Vento and Polo come with host of new features like black headlamps, new design alloy wheels, improved Navigation System, rear view camera for reverse assist, Bluetooth connectivity etc. to name a few. Volkswagen India has announced the IPL Edition – II of Volkswagen Polo and Volkswagen Vento in India. This is the second time the Volkswagen is launching IPL Limited edition cars with some added features and branding elements associated with the car. Volkswagen India has launched a mid variant (trim level) “Comfortline” of the Volkswagen Vento Diesel Sedan in India. So far, there were only two variants in the diesel lineup of Volkswagen in India, the base variant Volkswagen Vento TDI Trendline and Volkswagen Vento TDI Highline.
