Toyota India has displayed its two small car concepts Etios Hatchback and Etios Sedan At Auto Expo 2010. The two cars are low cost small car concept from the automaker Toyota as there in no Toyota car in India in small car segment.

Toyota has not declared the official price of the Toyota Etios during its display. It is expected to be prices between Rs. 5 Lakh to Rs. 7 Lakh.

Toyota has come up with its new small car named “Toyota Etios”. This car offers amazing looks and refined engine performance. Toyota has managed to bring cost efficiency in this car by lessening the manufacturing costs wherever possible.It will surely be a tough competitor for other hatchbacks like fiat punto and maruti swift.
I am interested in ETIOS Hatchback.
Please mail me the details including date of launch, cost and other comparative data to enable me take a decision.
Toyota SUV giant of india. Launching new hatch back and sedans. But But as india automobile industry is going, No one can beat maruti in petrol engines. So my sugesstion make diesel cars and I think toyotas diesel sedan will be the only car which will get sucess in indian market.
The etios hatchback looks good, but what are the features?(does the top version have climate control AC and automatic side view mirrors, leather seats etc, like the hyundai i20 top model has)?
What are the features which would clearly differentiate Etios hatchback from its competitors ? Will it have the standard features such as power steering, power windows( all),central locking, music system stc ?
And the likely date of launch.
