Bajaj Auto recently updated Avenger 220 and Pulsar 220F with AntiLock Braking System (ABS). Both the motorcycles now get a single-channel ABS unit.
After this, a lot of bikes in the stable are still left to be updated. As per our dealer sources, Bajaj Pulsar 150 and NS160 will be getting by the end of March 2019. The safety regulations are set to kick in from April 2019.
Like other bikes, Pulsar 150 and NS160 will also sport a single ABS. At the back, it will get a rear lift-off protection (RLP), which prevents the motorcycle from doing a stoppie during sudden front braking.
With the safety update, the prices are set to increase by around Rs 7,000. Bajaj Pulsar 150 is priced from Rs 64,998 going up to Rs 80,794 (ex-showroom Delhi). Pulsar NS160 is priced at Rs 85,690 (ex-showroom).
Bajaj Pulsar 150 is available in three variants – Neon, Standard and Twin-Disc. ABS will be available in all the three variants.
