The owner has raised the issue with the local Mahindra dealership. He claims that the wheel coming off was a manufacturing defect. Naturally, the owner is scared to drive the Scorpio-N now and demands a replacement vehicle or repayment of the full amount he paid (including registration and other costs). So far, Mahindra has not officially commented on the incident. As the reports of faulty Mahindra Scorpio-N spread on social media, it might impact trust in the brand itself.

Mahindra Scorpio-N Issues

There is a huge demand for the Mahindra Scorpio-N in the Indian market. However, reports of manufacturing defects keep growing. Several reports claim that the company is struggling to keep up with the growing demand. While we do not know the exact reason for the above-mentioned incident, Mahindra needs to clarify it soon. It is to be noted that the owner might have fastened the bolts properly after a puncture repair. Previously, a Scorpio-N owner raised an issue of overheating after a leaking coolant issue. Another user reported the issue of the clutch and gear becoming stuck and unresponsive. In this case, the clutch pedal sank to the floor.
