Hyundai’s myHyundai app crosses 2.6 million users, offering car services, EV tools, and exclusive deals with 23M+ monthly interactions.
Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) has announced that its myHyundai app has crossed 2.6 million registered users. Designed as an all-in-one digital platform, the app continues to see high engagement across vehicle sales, servicing, and ownership-related services.
Strong User Activity and Daily Utility
The app sees an average of 3.39 lakh monthly active users, with over 23 million interactions recorded each month. Customers use the app for a variety of functions—ranging from scheduling test drives and booking vehicle services to accessing insurance and managing vehicle documents. In 2024 alone, over 9.4 lakh users accessed insurance services, 6.6 lakh used the service cost calculator, and 15,000 roadside assistance requests were processed. Monthly, more than 8,000 service bookings are made via the platform.

EV Support and Value-Added Features
Hyundai has also integrated electric vehicle support into the app. Users can locate over 10,000 public EV charging points and use tools like the EV Saving Calculator to estimate running cost and maintenance savings. The company has introduced a new ‘Test Drive Engagement’ feature in 2025 for select models, which allows users to track the status of their test drive and receive rewards upon completion.
Exclusive Partnerships and Offers
The app offers more than just vehicle-related services. With nearly 50 partner brands on board, myHyundai provides 75+ exclusive offers across lifestyle, car care, and mobility categories. These have been accessed over 1 million times, underlining the app’s role as a holistic platform for Hyundai customers. With consistent growth and expanding features, the myHyundai app continues to strengthen Hyundai’s digital interface with its customer base.
