The Mercedes EQS 580 Celebration Edition has been launched in India. It bears a price tag of a significant Rs 1.30 Crore, ex-showroom. In addition to the new model, Mercedes-Benz is focusing on improving customer service. The company opened 11 new luxury touchpoints across India this year. These are modern showrooms and service centres designed to offer a premium experience to customers. But that is not all. Mercedes-Benz has plans to open 19 more luxury touchpoints in the next five months. This shows the brand’s strong commitment to expanding its reach and making its services more accessible.

Mercedes EQS 580 Celebration Edition Launched

Mercedes-Benz has launched the EQS 580 4MATIC Celebration Edition in India. This new version highlights the growing demand for electric vehicles. It also adds more luxury, especially for rear-seat passengers. The Celebration Edition is designed for comfort. It features soft Nappa leather seats in the back. These seats come with heating, massage functions, and can recline up to 38 degrees. There is also extra thigh support to relax during long drives. A chauffeur package allows the front passenger seat to move forward, giving more space in the rear.

Inside, every detail feels premium. The seatbelt buckles have chrome edges. Elegant trim adds to the stylish look. The rear seat becomes a space to relax or work while on the move. The car is packed with advanced tech. Rear-axle steering makes tight turns easier. Buyers can upgrade it to 10-degree steering for even better handling in city traffic. The MBUX Augmented Reality (AR) Navigation shows live images with directions on the screen. This helps the driver clearly understand where to go, even in busy streets. The Mercedes EQS carries a colossal 107.8 kWh battery pack, which powers two electric motors for an all-wheel-drive configuration. The combined power and torque outputs are 544 PS and 858 Nm, respectively. This enables a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of just 4.3 seconds with a top speed of 210 km/h. The German car marque claims an ARAI-certified range of a whopping 813 km on a single charge. With a DC fast charger, it takes 31 minutes to charge the battery from 0 to 80%.
