Bajaj Pulsar MotoGP Concept

Bajaj Pulsar MotoGP Concept

There are thousands of digital iterations of popular Bajaj Pulsar models and this is certainly an enticing one.

This Bajaj Pulsar MotoGP concept is an attractive and impressive consequence of the creativity of the digital automobile artist. The Pulsar name has a well-established and enduring reputation among motorcycle buyers in India, making it the top choice for many bike enthusiasts. Bajaj offers a wide range of Pulsar models that cater to all the important market segments. However, there is no big bike in the portfolio of the Indian two-wheeler giant. This MotoGP edition could be a great way to experiment. Now, let’s dive into this exciting digital iteration.

This digital version comes from abin_designs_511 and biker_parambara_da on Instagram. The automobile artist has devised a detailed version of the prominent motorcycle. The overall colour theme on the bike is blue and dark grey with MotoGP flag graphics on the fairing. At the front, it retains the DNA of a Pulsar but there are enough modifications to set it apart from the regular model. This includes a sharp front fascia with an aggressive demeanour, a sleek tyre hugger, a compact wind visor, sporty handlebars, a massive side fairing, a sculpted fuel tank, rugged side body panels, a sturdy underbelly protector, a split-seat setup, a sharp rear end with colossal alloy wheels and broad tyres. All in all, this model looks like it is ready to take on the racing track.

Specs

Although there is no MotoGP edition of the Bajaj Pulsar for sale, we would imagine that Bajaj would use the biggest engine in its arsenal if it ever developed such a model. This would be the same engine powering the Dominar 400. That bike is equipped with a 373-cc fuel-injected engine that can generate 43 PS of power and 35 Nm of peak torque. This engine will be paired with a 6-speed transmission. It’s essential for this bike to come with dual-channel ABS as a standard feature. Regarding pricing, the Dominar 400 starts at a base price of Rs 2.30 lakh, ex-showroom.

What We Think

We applaud the digital automotive artists for their dedication and imaginative work. Their constant stream of intriguing reinterpretations of well-loved motorcycles injects a refreshing dose of excitement, breaking the routine. Given the immense popularity of Pulsar bikes in our market, it’s particularly invigorating to see inventive twists on these iconic motorcycles. In fact, these innovative designs might even inspire individuals to undertake customizations on their own bikes. This creates a win-win scenario for all parties involved.
