YouTubers often conduct tough off-roading challenges to test the capabilities of certain SUVs
In this post, we come across the performances of off-roading icons like the Mahindra Thar, Force Gurkha, Maruti Jimny, etc, in a mud pit challenge. In recent times, we have come across tons of hardcore off-roading events on YouTube. Some vloggers gather around with their friends to put their adventurous SUVs to the test. While this is never a great idea in terms of the health of the vehicles, some people prefer to enjoy such situations with their dedicated cars. Let us take a look at the details of this latest case.
Force Gurkha, Maruti Jimny, Mahindra Thar in Extreme Mud Pit Challenge
We are able to experience the specifics of this case courtesy of Small Town Rider on YouTube. This channel often features content around such activities. On this occasion, the host has tons of companions for a mud pit challenge. Essentially, they have found an isolated location where the water is accumulated. One by one, they take their SUVs into the pit with a huge momentum. Mostly, the Thar owners were able to ensure that they got across on the first go.
However, with cars like the Jimny, we saw them getting stuck in the water. Due to a sheer lack of traction, the SUVs struggled to get out. Still, with the skills of the drivers and a few attempts, every SUV was able to pass through. I believe due to the excessive modifications, some cars were not able to perform to their full potential. Towards the end of the video, we saw the drivers getting more and more confident, and they were able to successfully pass through the mud pit in a single attempt. Overall, the activity was quite exciting.
My View
I understand that these vehicles are made to tackle extreme road conditions and scenarios. However, that doesn’t mean that you abuse them for no reason at all. We see YouTubers do such events to create content. Nevertheless, I would advise my readers to stay away from such activities. They can lead to long-term damage to the car and its components. Hence, you can enjoy such events online, but you should never try to imitate the YouTubers.
