The Japanese auto giant has launched the new variant for the Elevate, which sits at the top of the range
In this post, we compare the newly launched Honda Elevate ADV Edition with the Hyundai Creta King Knight. The mid-size SUV space is arguably the most crowded in our market. We have products from just about every major car marque in this category. Hence, standing out from the crowd becomes challenging. In a bid to address that, carmakers often come up with special edition models of their SUVs. The Elevate ADV and Creta King Knight are prime examples of that. For now, let us delve into the specifics of this case here.
Honda Elevate ADV Edition vs Hyundai Creta King Knight – Design
The new Honda Elevate ADV Edition comes with a slew of aesthetic alterations over the standard model. The aim of this iteration is to enhance the road presence of the SUV with some adventurous elements. At the front, we see a new Alpha-Bold Plus grille finished in glossy black material to lend the fascia a more aggressive demeanour, a black surround and a prominent hood decal accented with orange highlights. Moving down the sides reveals black roof rails, ORVMs, upper grille moulding, door mouldings, window beltline moulding, shark fin antenna and handles, etc. Other key additions include ADV emblems on the fenders, orange fog light garnish, ADV lettering decal on front door, black alloy wheels with orange insignias, rear bumper skid garnish with orange parts, body-coloured rear skid plate and blacked-out C-pillar (with dual-tone paint models) and much more. These components are bound to make heads turn.
Similarly, the Hyundai Creta King Knight trims sit at the top of the lineup. It is designed to create a sporty iteration of the popular mid-size SUV. Again, the main attraction of this version is the all-black theme, which is consistent on the outside and inside. The exterior styling incorporates new elements like a dark blacked-out logo, while the side section contains special 18-inch alloy wheels with red brake calipers. Even the side body claddings and roof rails are painted black with black components on the bumper. All in all, the SUV carries a unique appeal for all those who want a sporty vehicle.

My View
I believe that choosing between these two compelling propositions really depends on your budget. That is the biggest differentiator in this case. The significant price difference is justified, considering the fact that the Creta offers multiple powertrain options and a much more feature-laden cabin. However, the Elevate is also a great value for money and offers all the useful functionalities that car owners want. Hence, I would advise our readers to experience the two in the flesh and make the right choice as per their needs.
