Bajaj Pulsar 220 Bee Hive

In a bizarre turn of events, a parked Bajaj Pulsar 220 was swamped by a bee hive. These instances are rather common on our roads. There is a particular season for when this phenomenon is much more prevalent. Generally, you would find honey bees creating new hives at the commencement of the spring season. That is when you would encounter such visuals the most. These could be on the cars or motorcycles parked on the outside. In fact, you could even witness something like this on your terrace or gallery at home. This is the latest case in point. Here are the details.

Bee Hive on Bajaj Pulsar 220

This image has been doing rounds on the internet. It captures a parked Bajaj Pulsar 220 with a massive bee hive on it. The entire section under the fairing of the bike has been overtaken by honey bees. To be honest, the sheer size of this bee hive sends chills down my spine. One could imagine how insanely challenging it would be to clean the surface of the bike. There are many instances of people reporting bee hives on their automobiles. The problem is specifically prevalent during the beginning of the spring season when you park the car or two-wheeler outside.

How To Avoid This?

There is no silver bullet to prevent such occurrences. That is why the solutions we suggest in the post must be taken with a pinch of salt. These are not proper or absolute remedies. Firstly, you should ideally try to call the experts. If you are living in a city, there will be professionals or employees in the Forest Department or any other official department who deal with such situations. They have the necessary skills, tools and expertise to tackle this situation. That is your best bet. Apart from that, you could even set up bait for the bees by offering honey, jagger or sugary syrup at another location close to your car. Remember to use a box and put this substance inside so that the bees can travel into that container. Meanwhile, you could take your vehicle. Finally, removing it physically would require you to cover your body completely. But that could be too perilous.

Author’s Note

The solution to this issue lies in the urgency of the situation. If you are in a city and are in no hurry, you could wait for the professionals to take care of this scenario. However, if you are stuck in an isolated location and want to get moving quickly, you will need to adopt the arduous task of handling the bees yourself. But you must cover yourself completely from head to toe. If the bees sting you, things could get very ugly very soon. Also, you must try to avoid parking vehicles at a location which are common for bees during the spring season.
