Mahindra Scorpio N Breaks in Half After Collision with Truck

In a shocking turn of events a Mahindra Scorpio N is seen reduced to half due to a collision with a truck. I keep reporting tons of accidents on a daily basis. While a lot of the reported incidents are relatively moderate in terms of damage and impact, this has to be among the more severe ones. Mahindra Scorpio N is a 5-star safety-rated vehicle. That is something it has displayed during many incidents too. However, there are certain instances where the safety rating of a car is not of much value. Let us delve deep into the details of this case.

Mahindra Scorpio N Collides With Truck

This post comes from Prateek Singh on YouTube. This channel features content around the performance of prominent vehicles during unfortunate scenarios, as well as road safety. On this occasion, a horrifying case emerged where a Scorpio N was being driven on the highway. Suddenly, a long trailer applied sudden brakes in front of the SUV. The reason for this is unknown. Thankfully, the driver of the Scorpio N was able to react quickly enough and bring his SUV to a standstill.

Unfortunately, the truck behind the Scorpio N couldn’t manage to halt itself and ended up hitting the SUV at moderate speed. Still, the impact of the truck was massive due to its momentum. Consequently, it hit the Scorpio N with such high force that the SUV collided with the halted truck in the front. The impact was so brutally severe that the entire rear section of the SUV seemed to have disappeared. Until the second row seats, the rear section has been deformed. Similarly, the front fascia has suffered damage. Thankfully, the two occupants were able to survive this collision. If there had been any passengers in the second or third row, there might have been casualties.

Our View

It is a great idea to invest in cars with high safety ratings. Oftentimes, it is possible that people follow traffic rules and drive responsibly and carefully, but still get entangled in such situations where they suffer damage for no fault of their own. In such scenarios, only the safety prowess and build quality of your car can save you. Hence, safety ratings are crucial. Still, I would like to advise our readers to always follow traffic regulations. Also, if you find anyone flouting the rules and protocols, you should report them to the authorities so that appropriate action can be taken against them.
