In this post, we take a look at the Mahindra Scorpio N Carbon Edition in real life environment. Scorpio N is one of the most successful SUVs from the Indian automobile giant presently. It is the premium iteration of the iconic workhorse from Mahindra called the Scorpio. The aim with this Scorpio is to carry the heritage and capabilities of the original model into the new era with tons of latest tech and convenience elements. We get the specifics of this special edition model courtesy of Fuel Injected on YouTube. The host has the SUV in real life. He offers a walkaround tour of the Mahindra Scorpio N Carbon Edition. At the front, we see the dark chrome on the grille along with the panel between the LED headlamps. Also, the bumper and the area underneath it is in black as well. On the sides, everything has been de-chromed. This includes the black painted alloy wheels, wheel arches, side body cladding, roof rails and black elements around the windows. Finally, at the tail section, there is a black shark fin antenna, a black bumper, dark chrome, etc. Similarly, the interior features black components like premium black leatherette IP with contrast deco-stitching on the dashboard, black roof liner, black door trims, etc.

The Mahindra Scorpio N Carbon Edition is based on the top-of-the-line Z8 trim. Hence, it commands a slight premium of Rs 20,000 over the regular variants. Also, it is available solely with the 7-seat arrangement. You can get your hands on it from Rs 19.19 lakh to Rs 24.89 lakh, ex-showroom. The Mahindra Scorpio N comes with petrol and diesel powertrain options along with manual and automatic transmission alternatives. These include a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder mStallion turbo petrol mill which belts out a mammoth 200 PS and 380 Nm and a 2.2-litre 4-cylinder mHawk turbo diesel engine which is available in two variants – 132 PS / 300 Nm or 175 PS / 400 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. These engines pair with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The dedicated 4×4 configuration is available with the higher models.
