The deliveries of the opulent electric MPV are set to commence from August 10, 2025
The new MG M9 luxury MPV has finally been launched in India at an introductory price of Rs 69.90 lakh, ex-showroom. Note that there is only one fully-loaded trim on offer. Moreover, it will be exclusively available across the MG SELECT outlets in the country. JSW MG Motor India has bifurcated its mass market and luxury products with two different sets of dealerships. It will also sell its Cyberster via these showrooms. In total, 14 MG SELECT dealerships are planned across the country by the end of Q3 2025.
MG M9 Electric MPV Launched
The striking electric MPV can be had in 3 distinct colour options – Pearl Lustre White, Metal Black and Concrete Grey. In terms of design, the EV bears a bold trapezoidal mesh grille at the front, sleek LED headlamps with connected LED DRLs, vertically-oriented LED lights on the extreme edges of a minimalist bumper, etc. On the sides, we come across the sliding doors, chrome elements, and elegant 19-inch alloy wheels with self-sealing tyres. Finally, the tail end contains a waterfall-styled integrated LED taillamp design and a sturdy bumper. All in all, the MG M9 certainly oozes a unique road presence.

Specs
The MG M9 comes with a large 90 kWh NMC battery pack. It powers the electric motor to produce a decent 245 PS and 350 Nm of maximum power and torque, respectively. On the MIDC test procedure, the claimed range is 548 km on a single charge. Also, it takes 30 minutes to charge the EV from 30% to 80%.
