Tata Altroz Safety Crash Test Video

The new Tata Altroz comes with design tweaks, a revamped interior and a new transmission

In this post, we take a look at the details of the safety test video of the new Tata Altroz facelift. Altroz holds the title of being the first and only 5-star-rated premium hatchback at the Global NCAP. That is a huge achievement and it attracted tons of buyers. However, it was due for an upgrade for a while now. As a consequence, Tata Motors recently launched the facelift version with many new amenities to pamper the customers and challenge the rivals. For now, let us take a look at the details of this case here.

We are able to come across the specifics of this case courtesy of Tata Motors Cars on YouTube. The visuals capture the premium hatchback undergoing various tests inside the facility. For instance, there is the Front Offset Deformable Barrier Test at 64 km/h, Side Mobile Barrier Test at 50 km/h, Side Pole Crash Test at 29 km/h, etc. Note that the Altroz facelift comes with 6 airbags as standard, along with the use of UHSS (Ultra High Strength Steel). This ensures that the occupants are cocooned inside the cabin. We will still need to wait for the official test score.
