Renault India has announced a Summer Camp as a part of a nationwide aftersales initiative. It will start from May 19 and continue until May 25, 2025. This will be a great opportunity for Renault car owners to get their vehicles diagnosed and inspected for any issues. The French auto giant has benefitted from its domestic, as well as export sales, in the last few years. Its cars like the Kiger, Triber and Kwid have been huge volume churners not just in India, but across many international markets. For now, let us take a look at the details of this initiative.
Renault Summer Camp in India
Renault India has launched a nationwide service initiative called the “Renault Summer Camp.” It will run from May 19 to May 25, 2025, at all Renault service centres across the country. This camp is meant to ensure that Renault vehicles stay in good condition. Skilled technicians will carry out a detailed check-up. They will inspect key areas like battery health, brake fluid, engine air filter, coolant levels, AC and cabin filters, and power steering fluid. The service also includes a free car top wash. During this week, Renault customers can get discounts on several services and parts. Offers include:
- Up to 50% off on selected accessories
- 15% off on labour charges
- 15% off on value-added services
- 10% off on engine oil replacement
- 10% off on extended warranty
- 10% off on roadside assistance
- Special deals on tyres (details to be announced)
- Free giveaways for all customers
Those who use the MY Renault app can also get an extra 5% discount on select parts and accessories. Along with the check-ups, service centres will host activities for customers. These will include fun events and assured gifts. Renault currently has 580 service touchpoints across India. Over the years, the company has introduced several customer service programs such as Renault SECURE, EASY CARE, ASSIST, and Workshop on Wheels. With its local manufacturing, design, and tech centres, Renault continues to focus on making vehicle ownership easier for Indian customers.
