Woman Riding Royal Enfield In Saree Drives Internet Crazy

A new video is going viral on the internet. It shows two women in sarees riding a Royal Enfield.

Riding a motorcycle is a fairly easy task. While it was not common for women to ride motorcycles for a while, this is not the case for many years now. You can even see women participating in competitions and performing crazy stunts. Still, every once in a while the Indian Internet gets excited about women driving motorbikes. Many such videos have gone viral on social media. Now, a new video is driving the internet crazy. It shows two women riding a Royal Enfield motorcycle at night. It was shared by sona_omi on her Instagram profile.

As you can see in the video above, two women are traveling on a current-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 motorcycle at night. Both ladies are wearing sarees and look quite confident. They seem to be having a great time. The pillion rider even looks at the camera at a certain point. While the road is not very well-lit, it is not affecting the rider’s control. So far, the above video has more than 70,000 views and 900 comments. The comments section is lauding the two women for riding a motorcycle while wearing traditional attire (saree).

Overall, the viral video is quite refreshing. However, it is to be noted that both the rider and the pillion are not wearing a riding helmet. This is not only a blatant disregard for traffic rules, but it is also very unsafe. While they might have chosen to remove the helmet while recording this video, it is not a smart thing to do. A riding helmet is the most important safety equipment for two-wheelers. Since accidents can happen for any reason at any time, both the pillion and the rider should wear a helmet and fasten the buckle as well. It can save you from head injury of any sort.
