The Czech auto giant aims to make buying Skoda cars more attractive for new customers this month
Skoda Auto India has come up with a special Exchange Carnival for the month of August for customers wanting to upgrade to a Skoda. In the last few years, ever since the introduction of MQB A0 IN-based cars in India, the brand has grown tremendously. The heavily localized platform has ensured attractive initial costs, along with low maintenance and spare parts prices. That was the biggest issue with Skoda cars of the past. Apart from that, the service network has grown rapidly, making the brand accessible to a whole new customer base across the nation.
Skoda Introduces Exchange Carnival in August
Skoda Auto India has launched a nationwide Exchange Carnival this August. The initiative is designed to make upgrading to a Skoda car easier for customers. The Exchange Carnival includes free evaluations of existing cars, exchange bonuses on old vehicles, and spot booking benefits on new Skoda models. Customers can bring in their current cars for assessment and explore options for switching to models such as the Kushaq, Slavia, Kodiaq, and the recently launched Kylaq. To reach a wider audience, Skoda is also running a targeted outreach program. This aims to inform and engage customers across India about the ongoing exchange offers.
Along with regular showroom events, large-scale “Mega Exchange Events” are being held in key cities. These include Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune. The series began in Bengaluru on 23–24 August, and other cities are scheduled in the coming weeks. Skoda Auto India has been expanding its presence steadily, with more than 305 customer touchpoints in 176 cities. Through initiatives like the Exchange Carnival, the company is focusing on accessibility and making its cars available to more people across the country.
