The Uno Star app is available in 11 languages, including Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, and Oriya. This helps it better serve the local markets. It offers a loyalty program with a 5-tier reward system: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Through a comprehensive rewards system, the users can redeem points through bank transfers, bank gift cards, and gift vouchers. Customers can even participate in a spin-the-wheel feature for additional rewards.

Registration
The Uno Star app allows easy registration, which is broadly categorised into – retailers, mechanics, authorized service centers, and distributors. Mechanics need to provide documents like Aadhar and PAN cards, while other users even need to submit GSTN certificates, business PAN cards, composite certificates, retailer bills, distributor invoices, authorized retailer certificates, and Udyog Aadhar for a secure registration process.
