VinFast showcases the upcoming VF 6 and VF 7 Electric SUVs at major shopping malls across Indian Cities
Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has begun showcasing its India-bound electric SUV models, the VF 6 and VF 7, at major shopping malls across India. The nationwide display campaign spans 11 cities and states and marks the first time the two models are being introduced to the Indian public outside of industry events. The initiative follows VinFast’s earlier participation in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, where the VF 6 and VF 7 were first unveiled in India.
VinFast VF 6 and VF 7 Showcased at Major Malls Across India
Beginning June 21, the company launched display events at high-footfall shopping centers in cities including Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune, among others. The VF 6 and VF 7 are part of VinFast’s strategy to establish its presence in India’s growing electric vehicle market. The two SUVs feature the company’s signature design elements such as a V-shaped LED light strip. They also come equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), large touchscreen displays, panoramic sunroof, and other modern features. With this, the carmaker aims to tap into a younger, tech-savvy consumer base. The displays are taking place at the following locations:
- Chennai – Express Avenue Mall
- Hyderabad – Sarath Capital Mall
- Delhi – Select City Walk (Saket), Pacific Mall (Tagore Garden)
- Ahmedabad – Nexus Mall
- Pune – Phoenix Mall, Viman Nagar
- Vijayawada – PVP Square Mall
- Gurugram – Ambience Mall
- Bengaluru – Lulu Mall
- Thiruvananthapuram – Lulu Mall
- Lucknow – Lulu Mall
- Kochi – Lulu Mall

India a Strategic Part of Vinfast’s Global Ambitions
VinFast has been making strategic moves to establish a foothold in India, including the development of a manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu, and partnerships with companies such as Global Assure to support its service network.
