Widebody Tesla Cybertruck Concept

Widebody Tesla Cybertruck Concept

In a remarkable display of creativity, a prominent digital artist has been able to render a widebody Tesla Cybertruck concept with a powerful V12. Cybertruck is one of the most talked-about electric pickup trucks of the last few years. Initially showcased in 2019, the production kept facing delays. It was finally launched late last year and the deliveries have commenced since then. While it is a radical EV in terms of styling, its electric powertrain credentials have been nothing short of impressive. For now, let us take a look at the details of this virtual rendition.

Widebody Tesla Cybertruck Concept

This enticing iteration emerges from zephyr_designz on Instagram. There are evident customizations to the Cybertruck to attain this widebody silhouette. At the front, there is a ginormous bumper along with the trademark LED light bar running the width of the pickup truck. However, things start to get intriguing once you move to the sides. There is a colossal fender and wheel arches which house gargantuan alloy wheels. In fact, the front and rear fenders extend so wide out of the body that they make it look like a sporty racing sedan rather than a butch pickup truck.

There are body graphics signifying the name of the artist on the side panels. I feel the ground clearance of this concept has been lowered to achieve that low-slung stance which is a typical characteristic of widebody cars. At the rear, one gets greeted by a large spoiler on the boot lid. The glass panel of the boot is holding the V12 engine in place which has Duracell batteries with V12 power written on them. In fact, the rear profile even has the LED taillamps on the spoiler. There is also a striking diffuser and splitter. The overall demeanour is perfect for a rear-mounted engine, reminiscent of some of the most popular sports cars in the world. In all honesty, the artist has done a commendable job in ensuring that the concept looks realistic.

Our View

I keep coming across numerous impressive digital illustrations of popular cars on a daily basis. But I must mention that this is one of the most impressive projects involving the Tesla Cybertruck I have come across. The depths of the creativity on offer are remarkable. That is the best thing about digital renditions. They are not bound by physical limitations. Hence, the artists are free to let their imagination run wild and come up with unique versions of regular cars. This is a prime example of it. Let us hope to keep witnessing more such cases in the future.
