Skoda Superb With 1.6 Litre TDi Engine Launched In Europe- May Come To India

Skoda has introduces a smaller displacement engine which is 1.6 Litre TDi engine as compared to the 1.9 Litre Tdi engine to power the Skoda Superb with same power and torque ratings. This has been made possible with better optimizations and engine tuning. A smaller displacement engine with same power means the same kind of driving pleasure with better fuel efficiency and lesser carbon emissions from the tail pipe.

The new Skoda Superb is available in UK with 5 Speed Manual Transmission option. The car may also be launched in Indian market at a competitive price to impress the value conscious Indian buyers.

The new engine has a power output of 105 BHP and a torque rating of about 250 Nm, which is almost same as that of the 1.9 TDi engine’s performance.

    Lower emission levels are what new cars in India need to feature. This car has the same power with lower emissions. Let’s see if it comes to India.
