The design of the trophy is unique and as per Bharti Airtel, the idea behind selecting this design was to ensure that it symbolizes the spirit of F1 fandom in India. The trophy personifies the energy of 2012 F1 Airtel Indian Grand Prix and showcases the best of technology, design and glamour, resonating Formula Oneโ€™s legacy.

The trophy makes use of new age materials like artifical grade aluminium and features traditional ornamentation. The internal surface of the trophy gets a mirror finish while the outer surface gets a matte-and-stainless steel finish. Further enhancing the beauty of the trophy are red enamel markings along with the Ashoka Chakra which is embedded as the base foundation.

The visual appeal of the trophy is strengthened by the use a ‘victory procession’ inscription which has been stylized with a red enamel filled engraving.

The trophy looks absolutely fabulous and we are very proud of it. Now lets wait and see who wins the 2012 Indian Grand Prix and takes this masterpiece home.
