Locally Manufactured 2018 Jaguar F-Pace goes on sale at an ex-showroom price of Rs 60.02 lakh
Jaguar Land Rover India has commenced the sales of locally manufactured Jaguar F-Pace in India. The only SUV in the company’s product portfolio in India is available in the Prestige trim. It is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder, 177 BHP, Turbocharged Ingenium Diesel engine. The 2018 Jaguar F-Pace has an ex-showroom price of Rs 60.02 Lakh.
Speaking at the launch of the 2018 Jaguar F-Pace, Rohit Suri, Managing Director & President, Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd (JLRIL), said,“Since its launch in October last year, Jaguar F-PACE has captured hearts and minds of Jaguar fans as well as its distinguished & discerning customers spread across India. The launch of the locally manufactured F-PACE signifies another milestone in our continued commitment and efforts towards ‘Make in India’ policy of the Government of India.”

The locally manufactured F-Pace is available with only the 2.0-litre Turbo Diesel engine from the Ingenium series of motors. This engine puts out a maximum power of 177 bhp and a peak torque of 430 Nm. The other engine option, which is a 3.0 L Turbocharged V6 diesel mill, isn’t available on the locally produced model. For the record, the bigger motor offers 296 bhp of maximum power and a massive 700 Nm of peak torque. The engine uses innovative twin parallel sequential turbocharging. Both engines come with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
