2025 Citroen e-C3 Moose Test

This is the international model which bears a few distinctions in comparison to the Indian version

The 2025 Citroen e-C3 underwent a moose test along with some other tests to evaluate the driving dynamics. The French automaker sells quite a few SUVs in the Indian market. These include the C3, e-C3, Aircross, C5 Aircross and Basalt. It clearly wants to leverage the popularity of the SUVs. However, the sales have been quite underwhelming, to say the least. In any case, for now, let us see how well the latest 2025 international model of the e-C3 performed in various tests.

2025 Citroen e-C3 Moose Test

We are able to get the details of these tests courtesy of km77.com on YouTube. The host commences it with the Slalom test. Here, the vehicle moves between the cones as quickly as possible. The driver says that the vehicle felt stable despite the body roll. It was able to complete this task with flying colours and completed the circuit in 24.9 seconds. Then we had the Moose Test. This time around, the car was steered left and right after 3 cones at a time. It performed the best at an entry speed of 81 km/h speed. This is quite impressive since it is a city car. Overall, the driver was thoroughly impressed by how the car behaved in both these tests.

Citroen e-C3

This international model is slightly different from the Indian version. To start with, it is longer than the Indian model. This international e-C3 makes 113 PS from a 44 kWh battery pack. Citroen claims a driving range of 314 km on a single charge. Also, it gets 17-inch alloy wheels. On the other hand, the Indian model uses a much smaller 29.2 kWh battery pack which is good for 57 PS and 143 Nm of maximum power and torque, respectively. As per MIDC, the compact electric SUV boasts a range of 246 km on a single charge. It uses 15-inch alloys.

My View

Now we know that the Moose Test is one of the most popular methods to test the manoeuvrability and stability of any vehicle. In the international markets, we often see this test for all sorts of vehicles. While it is not all that common for compact urban cars, still people conduct these tests to check their dynamics. Considering the price and positioning of the 2025 Citroen e-C3 abroad, it is one of the better cars as per the details of this test in comparison to its rivals.
