In this post, we shall go through the digital concept of the 2025 Mercedes-Benz Little G. As you would’ve guessed, it is the smaller, more compact version of the iconic G-Wagon. The Mercedes-Benz G Class makes some of the most capable luxury off-roading SUVs on the planet. Due to their steep prices, many celebrities across the globe own them. But the German marque had announced that there would be a smaller version of the G-Wagon to cater to a wider range of audiences. Moreover, it might only come with an electric powertrain.

Mercedes-Benz Little G Concept
This digital rendition comes from SRK Designs on YouTube. I must admit the digital automobile artist has taken care of the tiny details quite well. Although the official model hasn’t been unveiled yet, this virtual avatar looks pretty spot on. At the front, it carries the tri-star logo of Mercedes on a rugged grille, there are round LED headlamps with LED DRLs, an upright bonnet, a cut-out bumper from the sides, a sturdy skid plate and a bull bar to protect the front fascia. In addition to that, there are auxiliary lights on the roof to ensure that there is enough light even in pitch-dark conditions.

To ensure the practicality of a hardcore SUV, there is a large roof carrier. It even holds what looks like a tent. Apart from that, it has a three-door configuration. The chunky alloy wheels with broad tyres accentuate the road presence and demeanour of the mini G-Wagon. It also comes with side steps to enhance the ingress and egress characteristics for the passengers. What is of particular relevance are the colossal and flared wheel arches. There is a lot of space for wheels to travel as the wheel arches are so high. In this rendition, the rear section is not visible. Still, the viewers get a good view of what the little G could look like.

Author’s Note
At the IAA Munich 2023, Mercedes CEO, Ola Källenius confirmed that the smaller G-Wagon is in development. Moreover, he also said that it will be fully electric. That makes things interesting. This means that it could use the Mercedes Modular Architecture (MMA) and support 800 V charging capability. The pure electric range could be above 483 km and it will feature a 4×4 configuration. However, the electric powertrain means that the price will not exactly be affordable. We can expect the electric mini G to go into production by 2025-26. Until then, let us feast our eyes on this Mercedes-Benz Little G concept.
