Recently, Maruti Suzuki launched the S-Presso facelift with many new features. It has garnered a ton of interest in the Indian market. The compact car comes with an SUV-ish stance. It essentially makes the SUV segment accessible to the general public. Car enthusiasts and automobile designers are always coming up with their own iterations of their favorite vehicles. Now, a fan has reimagined the Maruti S-Presso as a 2-seater off-roader. This iteration was shared by rithunradhakrishnan_official on their Instagram Page. Let’s take a closer look!

As you can see in the images above, the Reimagined Maruti S-Presso looks like a compact off-roading vehicle. Due to its compact size, it looks quite cute. However, it might be able to navigate through smaller roads and lanes. The two-seater car features a sporty look that is quite different from the existing version. You can see a heavily modified front fascia (from the new bumper to the new windshield). The micro-SUV also gets extra headlights and new side-view mirrors. The enhanced side profile is completed with rugged tires. And of course, the rear seats have been completely removed. Overall, the digitally visualized Maruti S-Presso looks more bulky yet compact.

The Maruti S-Presso is a popular product in semi-urban environments. The mid-size SUV is based on Suzukiโs lightweight Heartect platform (seen on the Celerio and the Wagon R). It comes with a price tag of Rs 4.25 lakh – Rs 5.99 lakh, ex-showroom. The new car competes with the likes of Renault Kwid, Tata Punch, and Ignis. It comes with features like electrically adjusted ORVMs, a new cabin air filter, a dynamic center console with Smart Play Studio, twin-chamber headlamps, steering-mounted audio, and a voice console. The company has also added pre-tensioners and force limiter front seatbelts with front seatbelt reminders.
The new facelift comes in 4 trim levels โ Std, LXi, Vxi, and Vxi Plus. It is powered by a new next-gen K10C Dual Jet Dual VVT petrol engine that offers a maximum of 66 hp and 89 Nm of power and torque respectively. The refined engine offers a mileage of 25.30 km/l in Vxi(O)/Vxi+(O) AGS, 24.76 km/l in Vxi/Vxi+ MT and 24.12 km/l in Std/Lxi MT. For transmission, it is paired with a 5-speed manual and an AGS (Auto-Gear Shift) or AMT option. The next-gen engine also gets idle start/stop for added fuel efficiency. Safety features include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, a high-speed alert system, reverse parking sensors, and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with Hill Hold Assist in AGS transmission variants.
