Notably, they fall into opposite ends of the pricing spectrum, adding an intriguing element. The Apache, situated in the affordable segment, is designed for high performance. TVS Apache RTR 310 vs BMW G310 RR Drag Race

This post comes from rider VEER JI on YouTube. In the first attempt, our vlogger has the Apache, while his friend takes the Bimmer. Initially, the Apache takes the lead due to its strong low-end performance. However, the G310 RR soon catches up. Hence, it emerges victorious eventually. For the second round, they swap the riders. This time around, the BMW motorcycle takes the lead from the beginning. The vlogger mentions that he feels slightly more vibrations in this bike. Anyway, the race was won by the Bimmer. All in all, it can be inferred that the initial grunt of the Apache is strong, while the top end of the BMW is strong.

What We Think

Many YouTubers have adopted the common practice of using drag races to assess the performance of different motorcycles. However, it’s essential to acknowledge that relying solely on drag races for these assessments may not be the most prudent approach. This concern arises from the potential for drag races to cause lasting damage to motorcycles, as most bikes are not designed for prolonged high-speed, straight-line racing. Therefore, we strongly discourage participating in drag races with your personal motorcycles. In reality, most riders avoid pushing their bikes to such extreme limits, prioritizing safety and aiming to protect both themselves and their vehicles from potential harm.
