Audi India has announced a 10-year Extended Warranty and a 15-year Audi Roadside Assistance Program for Indian customers. Audi Launches 10-year Extended Warranty and 15-year Roadside Assistance Program
Audi India has launched a new extended warranty program for its vehicles. The coverage can now last up to 10 years from the date of sale. Buyers can choose a 1-year or 2-year extension, with benefits similar to the standard manufacturer warranty. The program covers all manufacturing defects for cars up to 10 years old and protects mileage up to 200,000 km. The warranty is available for all Audi models in India. Customers can opt for it when buying a new car or before their current warranty ends.
Alongside this, Audi has updated its Roadside Assistance Program. The service can now be extended for up to 15 years. It offers 24/7 support across India, including national and state highways and other motorable roads. Key roadside assistance features include towing after a breakdown or accident, technical help for minor faults, and emergency services such as fuel delivery (up to 10 litres), battery boost, tyre repair, and spare key assistance. Premium care options include hotel stays or onward travel if repairs take more than 72 hours, as well as vehicle safekeeping.
Customers also benefit from real-time updates, protective covers during service, and the option to request help via WhatsApp. Pricing for the roadside assistance plans ranges from Rs 3,999 to Rs 8,000, depending on the coverage period and vehicle age. Both new and existing Audi customers can opt for these programs, with upgrades available based on the vehicle’s age and warranty status.
