Skoda Auto India announces “Free Pollution Check” campaign
World Environment day is coming up on the 5th of June and car makers are looking to do their bit for the environment. Skoda Auto India Private Limited, in association with Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), will hold a “Free Pollution check-up” on the occasion of World Environment Day on 5th June 2015. As part of this campaign, authorized Skoda dealerships across the country will offer a free Pollution Check Up. The proposed pollution check campaign will incorporate emission checking equipment along with devices to clean the engine ensuring it performs within acceptable limits. Skoda Auto personnel will be on hand to assist the customers with the procedure at dealerships across the country. Further, the company will also provide free saplings to the customers and encourage them to plant trees.
