This video stems from bollywoodbubble on Instagram. The visuals capture the aftermath of the serious accident. As per the information available online, the couple was returning from an overseas trip after commemorating their 25th marriage anniversary. After landing back in Mumbai, they were being driven back to their Juhu residence. The reports mention that a speeding Mercedes car hit an auto rickshaw, which in turn, collided with Akshay’s convoy car. This led to a chain reaction in which the convoy car and the actor’s car got entangled. This mishap occurred near the Silver Beach cafe in Juhu, Mumbai.
The initial reports suggest that no one was seriously injured in this crash. Even though the autorickshaw got mangled, the driver was pulled out by the bystanders. Also, the rescue operation was underway quickly and the injured were rushed to the nearby hospital. Needless to mention, this created a ruckus on the road. Nevertheless, with the combined efforts of the authorities and locals, the area was cleared relatively swiftly. Thankfully, no casualties were recorded in this episode.
