Audi TT to Bow Out of UK with the ‘Final Edition’, Prices Revealed

Audi TT Final Edition marks the last version of the sportscar before being pulled out of the UK. Deliveries commence next month 

The Audi TT has been a leader in the sports car segment throughout its 25-year production run, and to celebrate its success story, Audi is all set to launch the high-specced Final Edition in the UK. This final version is highly specified and is distinguished by its unique exterior system from advanced sound systems. However, to mark the incredible success of the model in the UK, the edition includes everything that combines everything our customers love.

UK Sales Account for Over 33% Global Volume

Audi TT was first introduced at the 1995 Frankfurt Motor Show as the Audi TT prototype study. It was not until three years later that the production of the car commenced, with the production version dominated by the Showcar’s silhouette with only minor cosmetic changes. It first arrived in the UK in 1999. Demand for the new model was so high that the waiting list in the UK filled up to 1,000 allocated in the first year itself. Ever since the launch, the UK is one of the biggest markets for the TT. In 2022, a total of 2,672 unit sales in UK represented over 33% of global sales volumes for the model. Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi UK, commented, “Few models have stood the test of time as well as the Audi TT.

The TT Final Edition is marked by a black styling pack that includes Audi rings and badges, black door mirrors, black tailpipes, a fixed rear spoiler also finished in black 20-inch 5-spoke Y-style wheels and red brake callipers. The TT S Final Edition Audi sports seven-spoke Anthracite Black wheels, with buyers having a choice between Tango Red, Glacier White and Chronos Gray Metallic paint as standard. Interiors also get MMI Navigation Plus with MMI Touch and Audi Connect infotainment services as standard, Comfort & Sound pack, Bang & Olufsen sound system, reversing camera and parking sensors.

The TT Final Edition will go on sale in March, with prices in UK ranging from £41,910 ($50,073) for the 40 TFSI and to £43,660 ($52,164) for the 40 TFSI Roadster, £46,525 for the 45 TFSI Quattro Coupé ($55,587), £48,275 ($57,678) for the 45 TFSI Quattro Roadster, £54,685 ($65,337) for the TT S Coupe and £56,435 ($67,428) for the TT S Roadster.
