Skoda Octavia RS 245 came in only 200 units reserved for India this year. While till May itself, it was sold out but due to the COVID-19 situations, many bookings were cancelled. Skoda Octavia RS 245 gets a 2.0 Litre turbo-charged TSI engine that is more powerful than the 2017 version. The launch assist has been activated, VRS (Sport) mode activated and DSG gearbox set on automatic shifting. You can see the long wheelspin as it gains speed swiftly. Very quickly, it can be seen reaching triple digit speeds.

The RS 245 is able to achieve 0 to 60 km/hr in just 3.61 seconds. The 0-100 sprint is achieved in 6.47 seconds and the 0-200 km/hr is done in 22.54 seconds. The driver is using paddle shifters to help in gaining speed as the engine is easily revving up to 6500-7000 RPM. In just 5th gear, it can be seen reaching the speed of 200 km/hr.
The top speed of RS 245 is electronically limited up to 250 km/hr. Its TSI engine is capable of producing 245 BHP and 370 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG. The suspension and chassis have been tuned specially for churning out more performance on the RS 245. It also gets performance-spec brakes with red callipers.
Other notable features include LED headlights, tail-lamps, fog lamps, daytime running lights (DRLs), steel exhaust tips, boot spoiler, Alcantara sports seats, a flat-bottom steering wheel, Skoda’s Virtual Cockpit system, nine airbags, flat bottom steering wheel, and 7-inch touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual zone climate control and 12-way adjustable electric seats.
