Honda Activa 5G and CB Shine Limited Edition Launched – Details

Honda Activa 5G and CB Shine 125 get new Limited Editions. Both models get new graphics and dual-tone colour options. The prices are increased by Rs 400.

Every automotive brand is now trying to clear the inventory of BS-4 models, to make way for BS-6 ones. Some are offering huge discounts, while some are converting them into limited editions or equipping them with more features.

Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has done the same with Activa and Shine 125. Both are the best selling models of Honda, also the most popular in their respective segments.

Honda Activa 5G and Shine 125 are now available in Limited Edition models. Activa gets 10 new premium style additions, whereas the CB Shine gets 5 style additions. Dual-Tone options are offered on both the models.

Activa 5G Limited Edition goes for Rs 55,032, which is costlier by Rs 400 than the top-end trim. As for the CB Shine 125, it is priced at Rs 58,097 (ex-showroom Delhi prices), getting dearer by Rs 300.

The Limited Edition Activa and CB Shine have started reaching dealerships, based on a lot of spy shots that we got. The deliveries are expected to commence very soon.

On the Honda Activa 5G Limited Edition, we can see a dual tone colour option. At the front, the headlamp cowl, front apron and grab rail get a silver colour treatment. The limited edition decals are seen on the side apron, front fender and engine cover.

The alloy wheels and engine are coloured in black. Rest of the scooter is covered in Pearl White paint job. Silver and Black dual-tone colour option will also be offered alongside.

As for the CB Shine 125, it gets two new colour options – Black with Metallic Red and Black with Silver Metallic. It also gets new decals on the side portion, new fuel tank graphics and a contrasting grab rail.

Honda Activa 5G Limited Edition will continue with the same 110cc engine that produces 8 BHP and 9 Nm of peak torque. Shine 125 is powered by 10.16 hp and 10.3 Nm of torque, mated to a 4-speed gearbox.
