In this unique video, a Honda City is seen being driven on the highway with a mobile phone lying on the boot. Indian roads could show incredible acts and this certainly qualifies as one. City is well-known for being a sedan with great ride comfort and a suspension system and the mobile being safely transported on the boot signifies just that. Honda City with Phone on Boot

The post has been shared by anandus_vlogs on Instagram. In the video clip, a Kerala-registered Honda City is seen plying on the road. However, there is a mobile phone placed on the boot of the sedan while the car is still in motion. Apparently, the phone owner forgot it after keeping it there and started driving away. Other two-wheeler riders pointed it out to the aged couple before making a video. Thereafter, a guy is seen returning the mobile to the elderly couple who looked visibly confused.

This incident has caused the netizens to react. Some people were seen praising the suspension system of the Honda City. Other people pointed out that the owner has the problem of forgetting. Some others applauded the bikers who took time out to inform the couple and returned the phone. It is interesting to see that the phone didn’t fall off even though the traffic conditions on the road are quite busy. In bumper-to-bumper traffic, frequent brakes and acceleration are quite common. Still, the phone survived.

The Honda City hybrid comes powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine coupled with two electric motors, one of which powers the wheels, while the other acts as an integrated starter-generator. The combined output of this unique powertrain stands at a decent 126 hp and 253 Nm of peak power and torque. The transmission duties will be carried out by an e-CVT automatic gearbox. The City hybrid boasts of an impressive best-in-class mileage of 26.5 km/l. It costs Rs 19.89 lakh for the single fully-loaded trim.
