In this post, we compare the new Honda Shine 100 DX with the Shine 100. Note that Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) unveiled the new Shine 100 DX and CB125 Hornet for our market yesterday. These carry the latest technology and styling to cater to the new-age customers. Note that the bookings for the two motorcycles will commence from August 1, 2025. Similarly, the deliveries are slated to commence from next month. For now, let us take a look at the differences between the Shine 100 DX and Shine 100.
Honda Shine 100 DX vs Shine 100
There is a slight difference in terms of styling and body graphics between the two. For instance, the headlamp design and the side profile bear a few distinctions to distinguish the two. The Shine 100 DX gets a sculpted fuel tank with the classic Honda logo, new graphics on body panels, an all-black engine, chrome muffler cover and a black grab rail for a sporty look. Nevertheless, the overall appearance is almost similar. The Shine 100 comes in 5 colour options – Orange with Black, Red with Black, Gray with Black, Blue with Black, Green with Black. On the other hand, the Shine 100 DX is available with 4 colours – Pearl Igneous Black, Imperial Red Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, and Geny Gray Metallic. Also, the Shine 100 DX comes with a new digital LCD display, which is missing in the regular Shine 100.
