Aftermarket car modification houses come up with unbelievable customizations to transform the very nature of a car
I recently came across a rather impressively modified Hyundai i10, where the rear section is made to look like a living room of a house. That represents the immense skill and creativity of car shops in India. In recent times, car owners have gone the extra mile to make sure that their vehicles stand out from the crowd. This is a perfect example of that trend. Let us delve into the specifics of this unique case.
Hyundai i10 Converted Into a House-like Cabin
This post stems from dhanubhaiji on Instagram. The visuals capture a rather bizarre instance. A Hyundai i10 has been totally modified into something which doesn’t even look like a car anymore. The entire area behind the bonnet has been customized thoroughly. The regular roof, doors, seats, etc., are all gone. Instead, a new raised housing has been created which increases the height of the car significantly. It uses tall glass panels for the utmost visibility.
The driver is sitting on the new seat, which extends all the way to the rear as well. The entire traditional seating configuration has been eliminated. In its place, we see a relatively flat area, which is surrounded by large curtains. This is something you see in the drawing room of people’s houses. In fact, there are 2 people sitting at the back. They are enjoying their ride as the strange contraption makes it way amidst traffic on the highway. At the rear, it gets windows like a house for ventilation. I have to admit I have never seen anything like it.
My View
Indian roads are full of unique and distinct events and vehicles. In the last few years, I have reported tons of instances of car modification houses deploying their ultimate talent, skills and capabilities to come up with unfathomable alterations to cars. This is yet another case in point. I shall keep an eye out for more such cases in times to come.
