However, all Hyundai did say was,”we invite customers to “go big” with the newcomer, offering new exterior and interior design, as well as new connectivity and safety features which will make it a leader in its class.”

The teaser itself isn’t much revealing either. From the little that can be seen in the teaser, we can tell that the rear C-pillar section of the car has been shown here in the teaser. Some portions of the wrap around tail lamps are visible but what’s clearly evident is the floating roof line design. There are also some character lines and smooth curves that can be made out from the teaser.

Looking at the tail lights situated pretty close to the rear door cut out, it hints that the car has a short rear section. This means, it possibly could be a new hatchback or even a new compact crossover. Honestly, it could be anything. If it’s a hatchback, it could be the new Grand i10 for the European market.

Or if its a compact crossover, considering that Hyundai will not be launching the Venue in Europe, this new model could very well be the Venue’s European counterpart. It also does not look like a big car and could be positioned below the Kona is Hyundai’s European lineup. Well, all these are just speculations and we will have to wait to find out what it really is. And till then, Hyundai will be teasing you with more such images before it is finally revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
