Mahindra KUV100

The smallest car from their stable, Mahindra KUV100 proves its strong build quality as it saves the lives of passengers in this accident.

All Mahindra cars are known for their strong build quality, durable engines and long lasting shelf life. XUV300 is the safest car of India and Marazzo is the safest MPV. Even the smallest car from Mahindra, the KUV100 gets well built components. Here is an example that will show you the quality of KUV100.

As you can see here, the driver of Mahindra KUV100 was speeding. Suddenly, he lost control of the car and ended up ramming into a compound wall. Actually, there was a house gate as well which the car broke off. The compound wall was rammed after the gate broke off and from one side, it is broken.

On the other hand, the front portion of KUV100 has been completely damaged. The bonnet and bumpers have crumpled up, along with the side fenders. The damage has reached the engine bay as several components have been damaged. The tyres and alloy wheels have not been that damaged, but the chassis has slightly twisted.

The passengers inside the car walked away without any injuries, all safe. It looks like the mid-spec trim which comes with dual airbags as standard. Further, it also gets a rear parking camera, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX on the top-end variants. KUV100 is a micro-SUV that gets a unique centre console mounted gear lever.

Now, in its BS6 version, it is powered by a 1.2 Litre petrol engine that produces 85 BHP and 115 Nm of peak torque. It comes paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox only, no automatic. Prices of the micro SUV start off at Rs 5.5 Lakhs up to Rs 7.11 Lakhs, as it now comes with a six seater option only.
