Mahindra Scorpio N has been the most successful SUV in our market in recent times in this segment which is proven by the lakhs of bookings it garnered immediately after its launch.

The Mahindra Scorpio N Z2 variant is proving to be a great value-for-money proposition for a whole bunch of people. Priced at Rs 13.05 lakh, ex-showroom, the retail sticker overlaps with the likes of compact SUVs like Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet and some 5-seat mid-size SUVs like Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara and Kia Seltos, But Scorpio N has 7 seats and a more imposing road presence compared to all of the others. In terms of features, it has all the basic ones which makes it an enticing offer. Here are the details and a walkaround tour of the base Z2 trim.

This is where things get quite interesting. Mahindra has ensured that the passengers don’t miss the high-end luxury feel or features of the higher trims all that much. The brown interior theme is quite inviting, you get things like a touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted controls, a 4.2-inch instrument cluster, USB support, power windows, ventilated from and rear disc brakes, 2nd row one touch tumble, and roof lamp for 1st and 2nd rows.
