As the world premiere of the Mahindra XUV 3XO nears, we are getting spy shots of the production model from various places.
Some features of the upcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO base model have been revealed in new spy media. Mahindra is prepping the world premiere of the XUV 3XO on April 29. For the unversed, the XUV 3XO will be the facelift version of the XUV300. The compact SUV was spotted testing on multiple occasions. But in recent days, Mahindra has been releasing official teasers highlighting the new aspects of the SUV. For now, let us take a look at the details of what the base model of the new XUV 3XO would look like.

Features of Mahindra XUV 3XO Base Model Leaked
This video comes from AUTOZ INDIA on YouTube. It captures the visuals of a semi-camouflaged XUV 3XO. Someone driving on the road caught a glimpse of the compact SUV with a part of its covering torn. Hence, the tail section is visible with the new bumper and skid plate. In fact, even the C-pillars are visible which come with the black theme. The front section contains the new C-shaped LED DRLs which double up as turn indicators only till the midway. That is a unique element. Then the alloy wheel design was partially visible. But we are not sure if the base model will get the alloys.
Specs
Talking about the one area which will be carried over from the existing vehicle is what lies under the hood. There are three versions on offer – a 1.2-litre turbo petrol direct injection engine generating the best-in-segment 130 hp and 230 Nm, a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine producing 110 hp and 200 Nm and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine belting out a healthy 115 hp and 300 Nm of peak power and torque. At the moment, there are options of choosing between either a 6-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The prices range from Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 14.76 lakh, ex-showroom. The facelift will command a premium over these.
