This Maruti Swift Rocket GTS concept brings forth a rather interesting shooting-brake silhouette. Swift is among the highest-selling vehicles in India ever. It is currently on sale in its 4th generation avatar. Even after almost 2 decades of existence, its demand is as high as ever. That is a testament to the popularity of the sporty hatchback among Indian customers. That is also why many car artists choose it as their blank canvas to demonstrate their creativity. Maruti Swift Rocket GTS Concept
This rendition emerges from bimbledesigns on Instagram. I must admit, the first look of the hatchback is extremely sporty. At the front, we witness the fascia of the Swift. However, the lower section is extremely customized with a colossal bumper and a splitter which is almost caressing the ground. On the sides, things get even wilder. It all starts with the prominent fender which houses a ginormous alloy wheel with a large red-coloured brake calliper. Interestingly, the artist has deleted the two doors, making it a 3-door monster.
The side body cladding is chunky and the tail section showcases the shooting-brake body style. This refers to the coupe or station wagon rear profile. The roof bears a sloping silhouette merging seamlessly into the bootlid. Talking about the tail end, the Maruti Swift Rocket GTS concept has the same LED taillamps as the stock model but the lower part is immensely modified. This includes a massive bumper with a diffuser along with two exhaust pipes on either end. I like the overall vibe of the wide-body kit and the design of the alloy wheels the most.
My View
I must admit some digital artists are extremely talented and skilled. They can create a world where they are free from the physical limitations to create masterpieces. I love this butch iteration of the Maruti Swift, which is only possible in the virtual realm. We will never see it in production. That is why such renditions become popular online. People like to break the monotony of everyday cars and make us expand our horizons with regard to everyday vehicles. I shall keep bringing more such cases in times to come.
