This post contains the mileage test of the new TVS Apache RTR 310 using 1 litre of fuel. It is quite common among YouTubers to perform this test. They often use 1 litre of petrol so that the results can be quicker. If they fill up the fuel tank completely, it would take a long time to use it fully. Hence, the YouTuber brings a 1-litre bottle of petrol with him. Now, the Apache RTR 310 is a performance bike. Hence, we don’t expect too high mileage figures. Let us take a look at the details of this case.

Mileage Test of TVS Apache RTR 310

This post comes from rider VEER JI on YouTube. The vlogger keeps posting interesting content about motorcycles. On this occasion, he has the new Apache RTR with him. He empties the fuel tank until the bike refuses to start. Then he pours 1 litre of petrol into the tank manually. He feels that doing a tank-to-tank method could be tricky as there could be a difference in the quantity of fuel filled before and after the test at the petrol pump. So, he fills the tank using a 1-litre water bottle. He rides the bike at between 90 – 100 km/h on a highway. As the bike stops, he is able to ride for 33.2 km. This is quite decent mileage for a bike of this segment,

What We Think

Now, these short mileage test videos are gaining a lot of popularity on YouTube these days. People get a taste of what to expect even when the tank is full. Most vloggers take a lot of care to ensure that they expose their motorcycles to various environments as you would come across on your daily ride. In this way, the mileage is a perfect representative of what one could get in everyday conditions too. Still, you must not take everything at face value. Such videos are great to get an idea.
