Mercedes Maybach S560
Let us commence this list with the most expensive vehicle in the car collection of Jasprit Bumrah, the Mercedes Maybach S560. It is an even more luxurious version of the regular Mercedes S-Class. Under its hood sits a potent 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V8 engine which produces a healthy 463 hp and 700 Nm of power and torque. This engine pairs with a 9-speed automatic transmission powering the rear wheels. The top speed is a cool 250 km/h and the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 4.9 seconds. It has to be among the most opulent vehicles in the world.
Range Rover Velar
Next up, we have the Range Rover Velar. It is one of the most popular luxury SUVs on the planet. In India, it is available in two variants – R-Dynamic S P250 (petrol) and R-Dynamic S D200 (diesel). The former generates a cool 246 hp and 365 Nm, while the latter comes with mild-hybrid technology which produces a cool 201 hp and 430 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. Both these engines pair with an 8-speed automatic transmission. In the most aggressive settings, the 0-100 km/h comes up in just 8.2 seconds. The top speed is 210 km/h.
Nissan GT-R
The fact that Bumrah owns a Nissan GT-R is a testament to his innate passion to drive performance cars. The Nissan GT-R is an iconic product among car enthusiasts around the globe. In fact, not many celebrities in India own this. That is what makes it so special. In any case, the GT-R draws power from a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine with 565 hp and 633 Nm of peak power and torque. The acceleration from 0 to 97 km/h comes up in a mere 2.9 seconds. The top speed is a spine-chilling 315 km/h.
Hyundai Verna
The Hyundai Verna is among the humble vehicles in the car collection of Jasprit Bumrah. Note that since this is one of his earlier cars, he owns the older model. At the time, the successful sedan used to come with the familiar 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine which generated a cool 115 PS and 144 Nm of peak power and torque. There is also a 1.5-litre diesel mill good for 116 PS and 250 Nm. The transmission duties are carried out by either a manual or an automatic gearbox.
Toyota Innova Crysta
Interestingly, there is also a Toyota Innova Crysta in the garage of the prominent bowler. It is the most successful MPV in the country and has been around for ages. It finds application among private buyers, as well as commercial fleet operators. People prefer to use it when they want to travel in large groups with comfort. It uses a 2.4-litre petrol and a 2.7-litre diesel, generating a decent 166 PS / 245 Nm and 150 PS / 360 Nm of power and torque, respectively. One could choose between manual and automatic transmissions. The prime focus of the Innova is the comfort of the passengers.
Maruti Dzire
Yet another mass-market vehicle in the garage of the fast bowler is the Maruti Dzire. Just like the Innova, the Dzire is also a product widely successful among private, as well as commercial buyers. In fact, it is among the highest-selling cars in the country ever. That is a testament to its popularity. At present, we have the fourth-generation version of the Swift on sale. In the coming months, we will even witness the new Dzire based on the Swift. Still, Bumrah has the old model which comes with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. The power and torque stand at 90 PS and 113 Nm. Owners get the option of manual and automatic transmissions.
Toyota Etios
Finally, Jasprit Bumrah even owns the Toyota Etios in his car collection. As mentioned previously, these few cars must have been a part of his garage during his initial days. Etios is also a popular vehicle in the commercial space. People prefer it for its low running costs and reliability. It contains a 1.4-litre turbo diesel mill which generates a decent 67 hp and 170 Nm of peak power and torque. There is also a 1.5-litre petrol mill on offer which is good for a decent 88 hp and 132 Nm of peak power and torque. These are all the vehicles the star bowler owns.
